REFUND RULES

Welcome to our refund rules. These rules outline what you can expect from us of the services that we provide and you buy. We provide a transparent approach to refunds giving you a great platform experience and a “fair go”.

As the creator and owner of the Multimedia Production Services on ALDAHIL, we are responded to you for services you ordered and purchase. These rules are based on consumer laws that we think are the best “baseline” to apply to transactions that happen on ALDAHIL’s Services so you as the buyer have a consistent experience and know what to expect from ALDAHIL.

Please be aware that in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Here are the situations in which we expect to give a refund on Multimedia Production Services you have ordered:

  • You have 7 calendar days to request a service refund and you cannot get a refund after that 7 calendar days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your services must be unused in any way or it will be under the laws of copyright.

 

  • Service doesn’t work the way it should
    If a service doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed or changed as you want,  you are entitled to a refund of the service. This includes situations where the service has a problem when you download and use. If the service can be fixed or we can make changes for you until you’re happy with it, then we required to do so promptly by changing and updating the service otherwise you are entitled to a refund of that service.

 

  • Service has a security vulnerability
    If a service contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed such as web design, programming, and app design services,  you are entitled to a refund of the service. If the service can be fixed, then we should do so promptly by making changes and updating the service. If the service contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then you are entitled to a refund of that service.

 

  • Service support is promised but not provided
    If we advertisers services as including support such as app design, web design, graphic design, social media or other services that include support, and you do not provide that support in accordance with the support by the services, you will be entitled to a refund of your purchased support.

 

  • Refund may not be given
    If the service is materially similar to your order include your brief description which is under all requests and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
  1. You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.
  2. The service did not meet your expectations.
  3. You simply change your mind.
  4. You bought a service by mistake.
  5. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the service.
  6. You ask for goodwill
  7. You can no longer access the services to download because it has been removed (we advise you to download the service as soon as we sent it to you to avoid this situation).

 

  • Refund request process
    If your refund request is sent to us you should expect to receive a response within three days. If this doesn’t happen, you can “raise a dispute”, which means you ask us to look into it. If your refund request is approved, it is sent to ALDAHIL for processing. This usually takes three to five business days.

     

  • Role does ALDAHIL play
    We strongly recommend you contact us as soon as you have an issue with the services that you request. When the issue is out of  ALDAHIl’s control—that’s when your request will go to our Support Services.

 

  • Resolving disputes
    If you and ALDAHIL can’t come to an agreement about a refund, you can raise a dispute and have ALDAHIL investigate the matter again. We will make a decision based on all available information and you agree that ALDAHIL decision is final.

 

  • Request a Refund
    In order to submit a refund request, you must be logged into your ALDAHIL account. If you have encountered an issue with service that we provided, you may wish to request a refund. If your request meets these refund rules:
